Looking for work?

What else is new?
The endless cycle of life is that I am always in search of opportunity to get hired. So what am I doing to try and get that done? Well… Networking the hell out of everywhere. Digging under rocks to find connections to people who you would never have thought would be the key to your connection to the job of your dreams.
And right now, those rocks are few and far between, but who knows, maybe it’ll work out.
I’m within days of the end of my year at VFS. It’s been an interesting year to say the least. I am writing this 2 days and some hours before my graduation begins. I’m finding that the group I was with has become more and more connected online than it was before. What with twitter and facebook, I’m hoping to keep in touch with everyone for a while yet, especially with those who may be leaving the country.
So what else is new in Vancouver? Well, Canada Line is open and yesterday the free rides had people out in droves to try it out. I’ll get to test it out when I get to the airport on thursday.
I think I’ll keep the blog short this time, and include some headshot photos from the end of the year.
I miss the Rain.

It’s been a while since I’ve written something here. I guess I’ve been busy, even though I’ve had the odd time to post something.
School has been…. Interesting. I’m finding it more and more frustrating the more time goes on. I’m very much done with school, and don’t want to be stuck in this ‘Institution’ anymore. So as such, I’ve been hunting for a job. So if you know anyone in the games industry in vancouver (preferably downtown) looking for an associate producer, let me know, or get them to give me a call. Or even, if someone knows if victor lucas needs some help =P
Anyways, it’s been ridiculously hot in Vancouver lately, and there hasn’t been much rain. This would be fine, but it’s starting to kill me with this heat. I wish it would rain just a little more, so it would cool down a bit for a few days.
