• Utilized 5-10 social networks on behalf of the company

Room Monitor Liason: May 2009

GDC Canada

• Responsible for co-ordinating 8-10 volunteers
• Handled sensitive information for event staff
• Communicated concerns and potential issues from volunteers and delegates to event staff

Technical Director: 2005-2007

Cochrane High School Music Department

• Managed a team of 10-25 individuals over a period of 6 months
• Designed 8 musicals, this included running the lighting board and managing the sound requirements
• Created and maintained a budget for the shows
• Responsible for ordering and receiving deliverables

Team Member: 2006 – 2007

Cochrane High School Sustainable Development Committee

• Created video about the Sustainable Development Committee for Cochrane High School
• Ran tours and educated the public about the Sustainable Development Committee
• Installed electrical invertors for the panels

Education

Vancouver Film School: September 2008 – August 2009

The EBM Program is a full 12 month intensive program covering all fields of the entertainment industry. My Specialty was in Video Game business and with an interest in Film. I was one of the two Class Reps for EBM07 and was responsible for bringing ideas and concerns to the attention of Student Services and Administration.  I graduated with Honours and two awards.

In my Year at VFS I earned a total of 28 credits:

• Associate Producer credit on 25 Short Films
• Producer on 2 Short Films of my own
• 2nd AD credit on a classmates short film

And at the end of my year at VFS I worked on 3 Final Projects:

• Development Plan for a 10 minute high-budget short film with an Alternative Reality Game component, and a Strategic Marketing Plan.
• Producer for 2 Short films shot in Kits and Downtown Vancouver
• Developed a Concept Document for a Sci-fi MMORPG and it’s Strategic Marketing Plan.

Cochrane High School: Graduated 2007

• I received the Citizenship Award each year of high school in recognition of my outstanding work within my community.
