Ryan’s Place

It’s been a while since I’ve written something here.  I guess I’ve been busy, even though I’ve had the odd time to post something.

School has been…. Interesting.  I’m finding it more and more frustrating the more time goes on.  I’m very much done with school, and don’t want to be stuck in this ‘Institution’ anymore.  So as such, I’ve been hunting for a job.  So if you know anyone in the games industry in vancouver (preferably downtown) looking for an associate producer, let me know, or get them to give me a call.  Or even, if someone knows if victor lucas needs some help =P

Anyways, it’s been ridiculously hot in Vancouver lately, and there hasn’t been much rain.  This would be fine, but it’s starting to kill me with this heat.  I wish it would rain just a little more, so it would cool down a bit for a few days.

I have a meeting in 15 minutes, and I don’t know what else to do other than listen to music, and write a blog.

To be honest, I was having a good time watching people come in and out of the waves on Hastings. You see so many different people here, while it seems to be a hub for various film people. I find it interesting that so many film collaborations meet at this coffee shop.

It’s been sunny here in Vancouver, despite my moods lately I find it quite nice that the sun has been here so long. I do miss the rain though, I miss the smell and the feel. Reminds me of times long past, yet so easily remembered.

P.S. Film projects are fun, finding hotel locations is not.
